Ever Published a Book Online?

I recently had the experience of writing a kids book and having it published online with Xlibiris (http://www.xlibris.com/). Quite the experience. The company is out of Philadelphia but their customer support center is out of the Philippines. Nice enough people. They were very good about pushing along the whole proofing process, artwork approval, marketing collateral, etc. Although it was an on-demand book publishing experience, they could not remove the live human touch to move the process along.
